Lorenzo Ayres is a business builder and dealmaker. His work is the same four moves in the same order every time: find an asset that earns less than it should, structure the deal, build the marketing and sales engine, and sell the result at a premium. Hospitality is the arena he is running that play in now. It is not the category he works in.

The current build is America's Outdoor Adventure Park in Jay, Oklahoma, a $30 million all-inclusive adventure resort that is open and operating. The property was an off-road riding and racing park called MidAmerica Outdoors before he took it over. He repositioned it around one price covering the cabin, the excursions and the meals, and revenue went from $1.5 million to $6 million in twelve months without anything physical changing.

In a six and a half month window, organic video for the park did 136.8 million views and reached 93.5 million people. None of it was bought.

He publishes what the lessons cost in a video series called Million Dollar Mistakes, and writes a newsletter. His work sits under Odyssey Resorts.
